This Public Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) establishes the procedure for the provision of services of accessible external borders, as well as interchangeable rights, obligations, and procedures between OPH Kizas Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) represented by CEO Rychkova Maria Aleksandrovna, acting on the basis of the Charter, on the one hand, and the Customer of the Services, on the other hand, who has accepted the public offer (offer) on the Agreement of this Agreement.

1. THE SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1. The Customer instructs the Contractor to provide services for arranging a hunt in the Contractor’s hunting territories. The Contractor undertakes to provide such services to the specified Customers in person (hereinafter referred to as the Clients) within the period agreed with the Contractor and specified by the Customer in the Application for arranging hunts on the terms agreed by the parties in Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

1.2. The Contractor engages in meeting the clients at the airport of Moscow, assist in taking the Customers through customs and provide assistance in gun clearance, further put the Customers to the flight to Abakan, meeting at the airport in Abakan, Russia, logistics to the hunting location, providing accommodation and three meals a day, initial salt and pack of the trophy, arranging all permits for hunting and veterinary certificates. The Customer undertakes all the work related to obtaining permits for entry into the territory of the Russian Federation using the visa invitation issued by the Contractor, as well as the purchase of air tickets to the airport in Abakan.

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

2.1. The payment terms for the services rendered are agreed by the parties in Appendix No. 1 to this agreement.

3. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

3.1. For non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement, the parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. DISPUTES RESOLUTION

4.1. All disputes, disagreements, and requirements that may arise between the parties from this Agreement will, if possible, be resolved through negotiations and if specified in clause 4.1. of this article, disputes, disagreements and claims cannot be resolved through negotiations, and they are subject to settlement by the jurisdiction in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Region.

5. TERM OF THE CONTRACT

5.1. This agreement comes into force from the moment of its signing by the parties and is valid until its full execution by the parties.
